Hi folks (waves feebly).

Ultimately, I'm looking for something that may not exist, but a man's reach should exceed his grasp, so here I am, grandstanding like a pony.

I read a lot, and write less than I should (and feel guilty when I don't), I'm good in small groups and one-to-ones, shy and awkward in crowds, but confident onstage (and a terrible show-off). I'm opinionated, but essentially well-meaning.
I'm fascinated by history, sci-fi, and quirky minds, in no particular order.
I fall for strong, 'dominant' women (- define 'strong'), and heaps of emotional intelligence. Kindness is as important to me as any penchant for kink.
My sense of humour veers seriously into dark, but flirts with sardonic, tickles ironic, and mic-drops sarcastic as it slumps off-stage, snorting with exasperation.

I'm an unemployable poet, and that's the only kind there is.
