I'm not even sure what to write.. what I want seems to keep changing, but then sometimes I think it doesn't change?? Its just me hiding behind walls and defences, but I guess I can only do that for so long... yes i had my heart broken 2 years ago.. need to stop thinking its going to happen again.. and give someone that chance.. easier said than done though lol

Every time i have gotten close to someone and its not worked out.. it just knocks me further back.. dating sucks in this day and age lol
So a bit about me.. I'm 41 , I live in Ipswich, I drive, I have my own place.. I have kids.. I have a decent job and quite career driven. I have my $hit together, but am slightly broken at the same time. I'm very laid back and will avoid drama at all costs. I am a very affectionate, touchy feely type of person, love cuddling up watching a film, very much a home body.. i am far from perfect and have made mistakes and no doubt will make mistakes in the future..

I think I'm quite fussy with what I'm looking for.. I mean attraction is one thing.. has to be an attraction.. but thats only the first step.. you could be the most beautiful woman alive, but If we don't click or have similar interests or heading in different directions then looks become irrelevant.. its about everything..
I want someone I just feel comfortable around.. i want a foundation that can be built on.. a best friend, a lover, a rock. I want all them feelings they talk about in films lol.. i want to look at her like she is the only person in the room and feel proud to have her on my arm. I want to go put my hoody on but can't find it cause she's wearing it.. and looks much better than me in it..
I am in no rush, I won't settle down with just anyone, it has to be the one. Even if that takes me years. I will just have a wicked social life and get drunk with you until then
