A HVAC tech engineer who is well preserved, "easy on the eyes", and looking for his last, exclusive love/relationship. I am in the camp that believes you need to treat a partner with behavior that would make them want to come home to you Had a lengthy stint (15 years) in the Logistics field while simultaneously completing a few "housing flips", which resulted in quite a bit of physical moves. I am a healthy, creative, affectionate, good listener and adventurous male who is not ready for the Senior Center. Instead, prefers to look at every break of dawn as a new chapter.

* A dog lover. (all animals except snakes and spiders, actually)
* An informed person who knows what time of day it is in this Country, and around the world, and, has an opinion about it, if you're interested in knowing.

An ideal date would be sailing in just about anything (including a row boat) with a glass of champagne and a delicious lunch. An ideal trip would include a set/planned one; but also getting out a large map of a State - throwing a dart - and then head for it. Who knows what you may find along the way! Would enjoy meeting/including a partner's family and friends, and feel I can contribute to the fun of a social occasion.

Interests include bike riding, gardening, cooking, board games, exploring new restaurants, good television, old movies, Podcasts, educational vacations, beaches or mountains, great conversations with affection, laughter and sarcasm.
