Most people call me Liz. I have two girls that live with me full time. My daughter's are 8 and 10. We dont really have any family close by so it's just the three of us.

I've been single for a few years to focus on my family and my career. It was lonely and rough at times but it was necessary.
The thing is, I wasn't made to do life alone. I can if I need to, but I would much rather share my life with someone. I always joke that I was meant to be a 1950s housewife. I love to cook, I keep a clean house and I'm devoted to my loved ones.

Now for the down side, I'm kind of socially awkward especially around men I'm attracted to. I forget that I'm a confident 37 year old woman and start blushing and giggling like a teenager. It sounds cute and endearing but it's not. It's annoying and embarrassing.
I'm always going to be shy and submissive in any relationship and I'm ok with that. Finding someone that gets that has been a challenge. I don't do casual and I don't do hook ups. It takes alot for me to open and trust someone but once I do, my loyalty and devotion run deep.

I love reading. I don't watch alot of TV but I'm not against it. I'm always down for a good movie or true crime documentary. I can take a damn good selfie, most women can, but 95% of the time it's no make up and a ponytail for me.

I'm looking for someone to do life with. A partner to ground me when I start to spiral out of control or lend me strength when I need it. Someone I can offer comfort and support to when they need it.
