Curvy BBW. I'm a widow (lost my husband over 5 years ago) and brand new to dating (this is my first attempt at a profile). I have an energetic personality, am often a funny/silly and optimistic human (...that is, when I'm not being a jaded cynic). My family is French, and I grew up in a French and English speaking household in New York. My father was an airline pilot, so I've been lucky to travel internationally a great deal (a lot of bumped flights and sleeping in airports as a teen). I feel like travel is good for the soul and makes you appreciate home even more. I grew up exposed to different religions and cultures. Though I'm not religious per se, I am open spiritually and intrigued by the supernatural and extraterrestrial (but I'm not a flake lol) Mechanically inclined, I'm good at fixing things, especially computers. I earned a Bachelor's degree at UNM. Moved to New Mexico from NY in 1989 to attend college. I've been vegetarian since birth, but I have a 'live and let live' mentality when it comes to the choices of others. I was a punk rocker as a teenager, messed around in a band, but now appreciate almost all music (and art) under the sun...
