I’m kind, funny, intelligent, respectful and like to enjoy life and have a good time.I have always focused on eating healthy and clean. I’m a runner and run 4-5 times a week. I also hike, play golf, and various water activities in the summer, snowshoe and the gym in the winter. I focus on my mental and physical health every day. I journal every morning as well as whatever I’m working on creatively at the time. I believe in continuous learning, about ourselves and others. I meditate first thing in the morning everyday.
