I am a down to earth woman and I am also very passionate about people and causes that I care about. Professionally I’m a nurse, I love working with people and am a natural caregiver so it is a fitting career. I am very family oriented and love local festivals, music, art, gardening and spending time with people I care about. I’m naturally very good natured and trusting, but I’ve learned with time that I have to protect myself when getting to know new people. There are unfortunately a lot of people out there who just don’t have good and trustworthy hearts. I like those diamond in the rough types like myself.

I’ll say upfront that I am a 24/7 single mom. While I’m not exactly looking for a Dad for my kids, I do have kids and I am looking for a long term relationship so I feel its important to make that known up front. That being said, I don’t plan to have any play dates or anything, dating is for me. I just want to put that out there because my time is valuable, as I’m sure yours is as well. I’m big on communication.
